Data driven investigations are a new way of surveillance that Law Enforcement Agencies are using more and more to fight crime. But it has many drawbacks that affect our daily lives as citizens. It will be our decision to let LEA use this weapon which, if used wrongly, has the potential to lift all barriers to control societies.
